Sydney popper Nacho Pop came into the store a few weeks back and copped some stuff from us. Props. So what right? Well we’ve seen him around the clubs since back who-knows-when, mainly because he’s good mates with our boy Masaki. But after talking to him today, apparently he’s got himself a gig on So You Think You Can Dance now. Fan of the show or never seen it like us, you still gotta pay THAT hustle. According to Nacho, the show’s down to its last few contestants already so looks like Australia will just have to wait til next year to see the infamous HALF*SLEEVE* Boogaloo-lock-pop-krump-crip-walk (which looks suspiciously like a drunk guy stumbling to the bar). What a shame.
Anyway, here’s Nacho rockin one of our 10Deep Members Only joints on the show last week. Thanks for the tip, Nacho.
A mate of ours, Nathan, gave us this headsup. Cheers man.
Look out for the new season Rocksmith Tokyo coming soon instore.
Just about a month ago we had a small Opening party here at the shop. Good times. Props to Kelvin from Saik Productions who threw this together for us.

The 1st Annual Sydney Tattoo & Body Art Expo is coming up over three long and painful days next weekend. There’s apparently going to be over 150 local and international artists (USA, Japan, UK, Canada, Indo, France, Norway, Germany, and NZ) doing their thing. And with burlesque, tattoo contests, a bar, and no doubt a whole bunch of heavily-tatted white dudes playing guitars … this is an event you don’t wanna miss!
Of all the artist confirmed for the convention though, one name stood out by far. SABADO. The legendary Sabado Monster is a superstar in his home country of Japan, known for his work with colour and his massive back pieces. On top of that, he reps hard for Nagoya, where one third of the HALF*SLEEVE* crew calls home. Big up the 052! So if you get a chance, get out to the convention and make sure you check out Sabado tatting live (booth #8), you won’t regret it.
Here’s some of Sabado’s work below. More at his site LoveSabado.
